Solomon is two weeks old! I can't believe it. And despite some early breastfeeding challenges, he weighed in at 9 pounds 5 ounces at his two week check up. He's finally figured out this whole latching thing and nursing is going really well now. He sleeps all the time! I never could understand when people would say, oh newborns sleep all day and all night. My first two never slept that much. They were awake and alert for most of the day from day one! But Solomon does sleep a lot. I wonder if that is simply the difference between a 39 week baby and a 42 week baby. In any case, we have gotten a few good awake pictures in the last couple of weeks.
