Sailing Flashback

Yesterday I posted pictures of Keziah's first sailboat experience. Sailing means so much to both Michael Paul and me. When we were dating we were continually amazed at how much we had in common. It was so much more than just the same interests and similar views on virtually everything. There were all these weird coincidences in terms of our childhoods. One of which was that we both grew up spending our weekends and summers on sailboats. Both of us have wonderful memories of days at the lake. We are so happy to have Michael Paul's parents' boat to give Keziah the same magical childhood we both had.

My dad sent me a ton of old photos of my sister and me on our old sailboat. They were so much fun to look at and remember to joys of childhood. So I thought I'd post some.

  2. How fun! So, in the first picture, is it Jennifer on the left and Julie on the right? You two look so cute.

  3. Jennifer is on the left in the first three pics, she is on the right in the water. On the boat with their backs to us, Jennifer is on the right with the ponytail. Bill and I have to study them to figure it out.

  4. Cindy: I got it right! I knew I would never be able to guess in the ones that were farther away, but the first one, I thought I could see enough of their differences. I love that your girls got to experience something so fun that your granddaughter is now enjoying as well.
